We are a 78-year-old family business focusing on bringing our customers quality in the fields of petroleum & lubrication equipment. Our core focus is on sales, service, and installation of the equipment we sell. We are looking for long-term, career-minded individuals.

Responsibilities

• Enter new vendors and maintain current vendors.
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice entry, research, and review vendor statements.
• Filing and organization of vendor invoices.
• Contact vendors for price discrepancies, billing information, and appropriate insurance documents.
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Utilizing strong computer skills to research, pricing, availability and other customer and vendor communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or executive team.

·         Proficiency on the computer and eventually on our system Netsuite is necessary.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

·         Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
• Prior AP experience 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
