Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk jobs in Macon, GA

We’re looking for the type of person who enjoys Accounts Receivable clerical work, including, but not limited to the following:

• Punctual attendance, Monday - Friday
• Gathering and assembling supporting information for invoicing
• customer PO
• sales order(s)
• shipping documents
• Verify that all orders match the signed delivery receipts in preparation for invoicing
• Responsible for entering and reviewing invoices
• Review accounts in collections, and contacting customers for payments
• All other duties, as assigned

The ideal candidate for this opportunity has:

• Two years of verifiable invoicing/collections experience
• Experience in Sage (MAS90) is a plus
