Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy
• Print and obtain signatures on accounts payable checks
• Distribute signed checks as required
• Process 1099 forms
• Act as a liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments
• Respond to vendor and management inquiries
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts payable files
• Assist corporate financial officers and location personnel as necessary
• Prepare analysis of accounts as required
• Perform filing and copying tasks
