We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy.

Accounts Payable/Receivable Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 to $21.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Create Invoices, Filing, Data Processing, 10 Key data entry
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
• Verify discrepancies by reconciling accounts and resolving issues with vendors or customers
• Ensure timely payments and collections by monitoring payment due dates and following up on outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting databases and spreadsheets

Accounts Payable/Receivable Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk or similar role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software especially in Excel & Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Longevity at previous positions
• Has the potential to become a long-term position
