Accounts Payable Supervisor jobs in Waukesha, WI

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to head our Accounts Payable

department. This individual must be responsible, well organized and have strong

attention to detail. The Applicant must be able to multitask many tasks while

answering Vendor calls and questions from other departments. A friendly, easy going

nature will help in interacting with other departments/branches as well as share an

office with our Accounts Receivable department. The position answers directly to the

Credit Manager. The list of duties are as follows . . .

• Set up and maintain all Vendor files
• Verify and enter all Company Bills
• Assist with entering Vendor Invoices (as needed)
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Research and approve all invoice discrepancies
• Run 3 check batches as well as ACH payments weekly
• Help with reception for some breaks (occasionally)
• Help with any office/company tasks as needed

This is an 8-5 position with a 1 hour lunch break, some flexibility available. We offer
