Accounts Receivable Analyst jobs in Charleston, WV

Crossroads Chevrolet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts receivable experience a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare accounts receivable statements and send to AR customers
• Prepare daily deposit from sales, parts and service.
• Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
• Order office supplies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Automotive DMS preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Accounts receivable experience required.
