Career Opportunity – Accounts Receivable Analyst with Vya in Cincinnati, OH

As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will drive the billing process within tight deadlines with duties including auditing billing data, ensuring correct pricing, and issuing custom invoices to business clients.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Accurately generating, auditing, and distributing invoices to clients for orders.
• Coordinating, analyzing, and recording billing data across multiple systems.
• Manipulating data in Excel to reconcile offline job tickets with billing system information.
• Extracting information from job tickets, ensuring correct pricing, and resolving discrepancies with Account Managers.
• Calculating proper sales allocations.
• Ensuring proper product tax code mapping and importing into Avalara sales tax software.
• Leading the billing migration to a new print management system.

To be successful in this role, you should also have:

• 3 yrs. accounting experience, billing experience preferred
• Strong computer, software skills
• Above average skills in Excel for data analysis and editing
