Accounts Receivable Analyst jobs in Johnstown, PA

LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Accounting Principals) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a client of ours in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, billing, and collections.

Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payment discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management review.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
