Job Summary

Hi. We’re New Horizons In-Home Care. We’re looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our award-winning, people-first in-home care company.

We are looking for an experienced accounts receivable analyst with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to join our team at New Horizons In Home Care – Eugene. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for managing all activities related to the billing process and ensuring all invoices are collected and discrepancies in claims are resolved in a timely manner. This is a full-time hourly position with competitive benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequacy in application of payments
• Assist in the development of weekly and monthly reports  
• Assist in resolution of billing discrepancies, understanding when to escalate
• Maintain a strong working relationship with clients and state case workers
• Perform other clerical or supervisory duties as needed

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Billing and/or Accounting
• Experience with large client base and high transaction volume
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Oregon State and VA billing experience is a plus
