Accounts Receivable Analyst jobs in Pueblo, CO

Best Block, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer and retailer of masonry products, is seeking a person to assist customers and contractors by providing quality customer service, both in person and over the phone.

Primary Duties:

• Processing Sales orders, checking pricing & sales taxes
• Receive and verify details of daily transactions
• Prepare and submit cash deposits
• Process credits & rebills for taxes, returns or other errors
• Assist customers with invoice copies, proof of deliveries, payments on account.
• Assist with reconciling customer accounts and lien waivers
• General Filing and yearly storage of files
• Enter Production and raw material receipts into inventory
• Complete daily production reports
• Assist with monthly inventory procedures

Requirements:

• Accounts Receivable 2 years required
• Knowledge of Colorado Sales Tax Laws
• Must be very detail oriented
• Computer Skills-trained in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) be able to create Excel spreadsheets and documents & letters in Word
• Team Player
• Customer Service oriented approach to work
• Focused, reliable, punctual, dependable

Qualifications:

Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
