Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

About the Role:

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Columbine Management Services, you will:

• Review census reports and account for accuracy and provide updates to management/providers.
• Reconcile invoices against census data and update billing software.
• Manage financial processes including billing, deposits, and refunds.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

• 2-year business, accounting or medical billing school program preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Skills:

• Communication and customer service skills while interacting with clients and resolving payment-related issues.
• Familiarity with accounting, database, and Microsoft suite software.
• Data entry skills with an emphasis on numerical proficiency and attention to detail.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $20 - $24/hr. DOE
