Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
A commercial construction company (subcontractor), located in the District of Columbia, in need of a skilled Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Must be proficient with QuickBooks and working knowledge of the construction industry. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
AP/AR duties require accuracy and efficiency of operations. Processing invoices and monthly requisitions. Managing the A/R to maintain positive cash flow. Reconciliation of accounts. Weekly accounts receivable calls and reports. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, or 9:00am - 5:30pm. Some overtime may be necessary during the busy season.
