Job Title: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Aldie, VA

Company Overview: A leading Healthcare Staffing in Aldie, VA is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage financial transactions and support accounting team.

AP/AR Specialist Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable Management:
   • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
   • Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and payment terms.
   • Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve any discrepancies.
2. Accounts Receivable Management:
   • Generate customer invoices and statements accurately.
   • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with our clients on outstanding balances.
   • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
3. Financial Reporting:
   • Assist in preparing financial reports, including aging reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliation reports and any additional reports required.
   • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

AP/AR Specialist Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software QUICKBOOKS ONLINE and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

AP/AR Specialist Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
