We are seeking qualified individuals with a background in third party debt collections for full time Collector positions. We are currently seeking highly motivated, friendly (yet assertive) reliable and charismatic experienced collection agents to join our team.

Specific qualifications for the Collection Position include: Type at least 35-40 WPM * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Knowledge of both State and Federal laws governing 3rd party debt collection * Basic computer skills * Knowledge of skip tracing websites and processes * Being able to thrive in a competitive environment and be a team player *

Audit & Adjustment Company is a leading company in Accounts Receivables Management Industry specializing in Healthcare collections. We have been in business since 1996 and are located in Lynnwood, WA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
