Position Summary: Assist Manager of Communications in efficient flow and coordination of day-to-day operations for the department and split time covering the front desk of the Chancery to answer calls in English and Spanish. Because of sensitive communications, confidentiality and teamwork is essential.

Education Requirements/Position Qualifications: Position requires confidentiality, organization, prioritization, ability to work under pressure, accuracy, ability to make decisions and work without direct supervision. Staff member will have excellent communication skills and be able to use the Microsoft suite package (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and be trained on the Flocknote communication platform.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: This position works with computers, printers/copiers, and postage machines. A driver’s license may be required. This position requires sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands more than 1/3 of the time, and occasional walking, climbing/balancing, and stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling. This position lifts up to 25 lbs for office equipment or supplies that may need to be moved or stored; packages may need to be moved for mailing.
