Primary responsibilities include administrative support for the human resources, purchasing/inventory, and marketing/communication functions (serving as the backup for website and social media updates). Another major responsibility is planning and organizing conferences, meetings, and special projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience that includes support for senior-level managers and responsibility for maintaining confidential records. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a positive, professional manner, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals are essential. Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point) are required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with a broad range of human resources processes and experience with graphic design or marketing software (including updating information on websites and social media).
