Role and Responsibilities:

• 💉 Administer at-home IV therapies, including but not limited to IVIG, antibiotics, and other specialized treatments.
• 📊 Monitor patient responses, adapting treatments to ensure the best outcomes.
• 📝 Ensure meticulous documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
• 🤝 Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
• 🧰 Safely handle and maintain infusion equipment.
• 🎓 Educate patients and families on infusion treatments and overall health management.

Qualifications:

• 🆔 Valid MS nursing license.
• 🎓 Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, or experience as an IV Certified LVN/LPN.
• ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 🚗 Willingness to travel within the Gulfport area.
• 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
