Job Summary:
The EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment) Coordinator directs and coordinates EPSDT Personal Care Services to clients in their home. The position is responsible for the overall program operations, including compliance with rules and regulations as established by the state of NM and its approved Managed Care Organizations (MCO). Additionally, the Coordinator will provide an oversight of care plans, support services, and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. Responsibility includes monitoring clients’ progress and reviewing care plans for adjustments as needed.
