Admissions Director Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to move-in.

  
  

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and community organizations.

  
  

• Provide tours of the facility to prospective residents and their families, highlighting the benefits and services we offer.

  
  

• Maintain accurate and organized records of inquiries, referrals, and admissions.

  
  

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and meet the needs of incoming residents.

  
  

• Monitor census trends and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.

  
  

• Represent the facility at community events and outreach programs to promote services.

Admissions Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  
  

• Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

  
  

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.

  
  

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus.
