Is of service to the public in relation to admission into outpatient services to be performed within the Medical Imaging department. Completes admission process, as well as other clerical duties related to the processes of the department. Responsible for the provision of prompt and courteous customer service. Is able to work with patients of all ages, including infants, children, geriatric and the general patient population. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities as requested.
