ROLE:

The position is responsible for initial loan set-up and support for the Mortgage Lending Department. This position is essential to the timely and accurate process for the mortgage loan department. The individual must be detailed oriented and accurate. The position interacts with loan officers, borrowers, real estate agents, Senior Management, and vendors.

This position is considered a non-loan originator position and requires that the processor may not engage in activities of a loan officer, including communicating directly with borrowers about credit qualifications or loan terns, including pricing concessions or other transaction-specific terms or conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES

• Answer Incoming Calls
• Assign Loans to MLO’s
• Contact member’s once applications are completed and send email with the MLO’s information
• Daily Mail
• Supplies
• Monitor and respond to mortgage distro email
• Upload final loan packages into Mortgagebot LOS
• Other duties as assigned

Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Other Skills:

• Effective listening, both verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with LOS systems
• Must be detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general PC functions.
• Knowledge of required loan documentation
• Current knowledge of secondary marketing standards
• Knowledge of CU and government standards
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ambitious and self-starting
• Proven analytical and math skills
• Adept at personal time management and working successfully within limited time constraints
