Admitting Manager manages the day-to-day patient admissions and access operations, staff, policies, and practices. Maintains standardized admission processes to ensure accurate data collection, a positive patient experience, and effective coordination between clinical and administrative teams. Being an Admitting Manager monitors operational metrics to improve processes, increase efficiency, or correct problems. Establishes policies and standards to preserve patient confidentiality, ensure data security and comply with all applicable regulations. Additionally, Admitting Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Admitting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Admitting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Provide strategic communications counsel, integrated planning, and execution in support of senior leaders and our strategic priorities.
    • Develop effective internal communication campaigns that align with business strategies and initiatives, particularly as it relates to our Sustainability and Health Equity agenda.
    • Work with functional/cross-functional teams to develop and support comprehensive, integrated communication plans and campaigns that drive employee engagement around our values and priorities.
    • Oversee the strategic positioning and ongoing momentum of Power of US, our US enterprise-wide employee giving and volunteer platform

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field
    • 5 years of experience in public relations and/or in a corporate communications function or public relations agency
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Experience utilizing content management systems and handling public relations agencies and other vendors

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with marketing and/or commercial communications
    • Corporate and internal communications experience
    • Experience in a leadership support role
