Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Shelter Operations, the Adoption Services Representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing information, resources, service information.

Responsibilities:

• Help match pets with people
• Provide medical and behavior history
• Process Adoptions
• Answer phones and reply to emails
• Provide service and resource information for the public
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records

• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Work well with a team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Self starter
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours of Operation

• REQUIRED SHIFTS: Thursday, Friday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Starting $15.00 per hour
