We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing extensive evaluations to veterans across various medical settings. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete extensive charting.
- Review medical documentation and provide an expert medical opinion in regard to a disability.
- Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of [LOCATION]
- MUST have 2 years valid NP/PA experience.

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the desired specialty area (e.g., Adult-Gerontology)
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation/ charting practices.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive evaluations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team independently.
- Prior experience in the VA settings is preferred but not required.
