Adult Education Teacher is responsible for teaching courses to adults in a classroom setting. Develops and implements appropriate course work, activities, and assessments for an adult class. Being an Adult Education Teacher evaluates and monitors student's performance, and helps students identify and pursue personal goals. Assesses and documents students' progress. Additionally, Adult Education Teacher typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Adult Education Teacher occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Current MN teaching license or Adult Basic Education teaching license.
Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
This is an on-call substitute teaching position for our Adult Basic Education in Cambridge and Princeton.

Hours Per Day:
Varies. Cambridge classes are offered 9:00-11:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 4:30-7:00 pm on Thursdays.
Princeton classes are offered 9:00-11:30 am and on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 5:00-7:30 pm on Thursdays.
