Your Role:

• Operate the company van to install Direct TV satellite systems at customer locations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Installation and Support: Install and service smart home devices and home theater systems in customer homes.
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to ensure customers can immediately enjoy their new technology.
• Problem-Solving: Handle installation challenges effectively both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements:

• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing ladders (28-36 feet) and lifting 60-80 pounds.
• Flexibility: Adapt to various work conditions and be available for weekends or evenings.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for driving the company van.
• Willingness to Travel: Training will be in Pittsburgh, PA (Hotel provided if necessary*).
