Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- General front door, reception duties
- Assist in budgeting, AP, Data entry, generate checks
- Vendor management and contract sales reporting
- Plan and organize office events and activities
- Manage office communication systems, including phone systems and emails, mail
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and procurement procedures
- Proficient in calendar management software and other office productivity tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage a small team if required
