The Paid Media Coordinator will have responsibility for managing and coordinating paid advertising campaigns across various paid media channels in the day-to-day operations of MassMedia’s advertising department. This individual will be responsible for reporting on the various digital campaigns running, working with various paid media partners in collecting information and insertion orders, trafficking creative, among other tasks. Will assist in creating a positive team environment and ensure completion of certain day-to-day activities. This position requires the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity from an individual who is responsible and dependable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Included but not limited to:
• Work with paid media partners in collecting information to support paid media campaigns
• Work with internal stake holders to create all necessary paperwork to launch and maintain paid media campaigns
• Help traffic creative needs for paid media advertiser campaigns
• Work with internal stake holders on reporting documents to meet all client reporting deliverables
• Support in paid media campaign budget management
• Other day-to-day tasks to support the internal paid media team across multiple paid media disciplines
