The Advertising Specialist II analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Responsible for the conceptual design, creation, and delivery of advertising campaigns through media channels, including digital, social, print, and broadcast. Being an Advertising Specialist II organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Develops audience targeting and strategy. In addition, Advertising Specialist II incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Advertising Specialist II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Qualifications
- Experience working at heights and performing installations
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
- Good organization skills to manage installation schedules and materials
- Knowledge of signs and their installation procedures
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in the advertising or outdoor industry is a plus
