Job Summary:

As a highly motivated and skilled Advertising Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across diverse platforms. Your expertise will be the driving force behind customer acquisition, propelling us to new heights in the dynamic and ever-evolving fitness industry.

Monday to Friday

Salary: Salary: $24 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Coordination: Collaborate closely with the content creation team to produce compelling visuals, videos, and narratives that deeply resonate with our target audience.
• Devise and execute strategic PPC campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, optimizing budget allocation and targeting to reach relevant audiences.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Craft engaging ad copy and visually appealing creatives that resonate with our target audience, fostering increased engagement and driving higher conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance results.
• Conduct A/B testing experiments to drive continuous improvement and optimize campaign performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations to drive growth.

A successful Marketing PPC Specialist will have:

• 2 Years experience - Meta PPC
• 2 Years experience - Tiktok PPC
• 2 Years experience - Google PPC
• Advance in data analysis with numbers or excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay at the forefront of PPC and digital marketing advancements.
• Adaptability to evolving industry trends and changes in digital marketing platforms, ensuring strategies remain effective.
• Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
