We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaysville, Utah. This contract offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to system improvements and BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business units (finance, HR, payroll) and technical teams.
- Lead system enhancements and training efforts.
- Develop complex BI queries and enhance Power BI and Windchill capabilities.
- Create and modify reports, formulas, and charts to meet evolving business needs.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities and collaborate with external agencies.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with business systems (financial, accounting, HR, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Strong skills in Power BI and Excel, with experience in Webi document creation and complex reporting.
- Familiarity with Windchill and BI query functionality preferred.
- Aerospace experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team with flexibility for remote work after initial training.
Additional Information:
- Onsite in Kaysville, Utah, with a possibility for hybrid work.
