We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Owner/Agile Coach that will specialize in bridging the gap between our client and the development team, and ensuring that solutions meet the specific needs of the business. Your role will encompass product ownership, Agile coaching and Scrum Master responsibilities while aligning business objectives with technical capabilities to deliver exceptional value to our client.

This is a full-time position located in Atlanta. 3 days in office at client site required (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody).

Duties:

As the representative of diverse stakeholder groups, it is critical that this person is able to quickly build strong, trusting relationships and be able to leverage these to get critical feedback from the business. Ultimately these strong partnerships will enable this person to work with the business to determine the best path forward for the organization.

• Act as the product owner gathering and prioritizing client requirements to create and maintain a clear and detailed product backlog. Ensure that each user story aligns with the client's strategic business goals.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand their unique challenges, operational workflows, and customer experience objectives. Translate these insights into actionable user stories and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment between the product vision and business objectives.
• Be the team (or teams) agile coach
  • Hold the team accountable to process guard rails
  • Strengthen our agile practices
  • Contribute to our agile COE

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years product owner experience with expertise in agile coaching and/or scrum master responsibilities
• Strong experience with agile policies and procedures documentation and 1:1 coaching for Scrum Masters
• Proficient in agile tools i.e. Jira, Kendis, Actionable Agile, etc.
• Ability to Plan and host Program Increment (PI) Planning events
• Strong communicator who takes initiative
