    Job Duties

    Coordinates the inspection and regulatory compliance activities at State Farm Meat Plant and oversees the implementation of the sanitation program including the establishment of standards and contamination abatement policies and procedures. Works with Logistics Manager and Supervisor to provide quality food products handled correctly before, during and after shipping.

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in production line supervision and food handling. General knowledge of agricultural productions. Demonstrated ability to supervise, follow written and oral instructions, keep accurate records and solve problems. Skilled in teamwork. Working knowledge of procurement process. Valid driver’s license.

    Additional Considerations

    Associate’s degree or higher in Agriculture or related field. Experience managing in agricultural or corrections operation.
