Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor supervises the maintenance operations of aircraft airframes and engines to ensure safe and reliable performance. Oversees routine servicing and preventative maintenance to optimize the lifetime of aircraft airframe and engine components according to internal procedures, guidelines, and technical handbooks. Being an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor evaluates technical requirements to determine the tradeoffs between the repair versus the replacement of components and the effect on cost and safety. Implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal aviation regulations, standards, and specifications. Additionally, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor informs and trains aircraft mechanics on current information from manufacturers and regulatory bodies. Coordinates and schedules inspections and follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion. Requires a high school diploma. Requires FAA Airframe (A) and Powerplant (P) Mechanic License. Typically reports to a manager. The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Schedule is:Monday - 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.Tuesday and Wednesday – OFFThursday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Friday and Saturday – 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.Sunday – 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Qualifications:- The schedule is subject to change.

- Must know hand tools and basic carpentry skills.
- Janitorial duties and groundskeeping.
- Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties:- Perform general cleaning and sanitation of all areas of the job as directed by the supervisor
- Complete specific non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and trash as specified by the job order
- Clean and Sanitize all high-touch areas as specified by the job order
- Ensure the job site is maintained and fully cleaned as specified by the job order
Qualifications:- Education - High School Diploma or GED preferred, but NOT required
- Experience - No Experience Needed
- Specific Skills - Willingness to learn and develop over time
- Physical Abilities - Ability to spend 8 hours on feet. Ability to lift twenty-five pounds
