Aircraft Painter applies pre-mixed and blended paint or coating to interior and exterior of assembled aircraft or parts. Prepares surfaces for painting and protects painted surfaces from erosion. Being an Aircraft Painter requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Aircraft Painter may require 0-1 year of general work experience. 1. 2 year's minimum of commercial painting experience
2. Must be able to work in various weather climates.
3. Must have ability to stoop, kneel or bend
4. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
5. Must be able to differentiate between colors
6. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required
7. Must be able to work heights in excess of 15 feet
8. Experience in drywall repairs, texture and finishing.
9. Previous experience in a hotel/service industry is an asset
