· The pay is between $19-$22/hour. We pay based on experience.

Currently, we are conducting paid working interviews. What does that mean? We, the owners, sit down and have a conversation about your experience. If it seems like a good fit, then we will pay you cash for the first few days so you can show us what your experience is and how you get along with our crew.

Of course, there are minimum requirements before we can even consider your application:

· Valid driver’s license (We supply the vans and gas, but you need to be able to drive legally and have a clean record)

· Can you show up on time every day? We are a busy company and need you here every day.

· Do you have an open mind when it comes to learning techniques despite your experience?

· Are you detail oriented?

· All other requirements to be discussed during the interview.
