We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

```Responsibilities```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and hues
- Follow project specifications and instructions from supervisors
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Repair and patch damaged surfaces prior to painting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience in construction painting or similar field
- Knowledge of different types of paint, finishes, and application techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
