Responsibilities
· Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, including the cleanliness of resident rooms and public areas using ESO quality assurance software
· Lead, hire, and train housekeeping and laundry staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
· Oversee the department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate supplies
· Document areas cleaned by housekeepers, maintain a project calendar, and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
· Other tasks as necessary to ensure an efficiently run department is maintained
