Job Title: Nurse Leader – Perioperative Services (Full-Time, Onsite Role)

Job Description:
Join our Award-Winning Client, a healthcare leader, as a Nurse Leader for Perioperative Services. This role focuses on managing clinical and non-clinical operations across multiple departments while driving excellence in patient care. Strong leadership skills and technical perioperative expertise are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour managerial direction and accountability for Perioperative Services.
• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical activities to meet organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to align with departmental goals and hospital mission.
• Plan, organize, lead, and control departmental operations.

Qualifications:

• Academic Degree: Nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).
• Experience: At least 2 years of progressive management in a hospital setting.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Certification in the perioperative field (strongly preferred).

Additional Information:

• Compliance with vaccination laws is required, including proof of full vaccination or a valid exemption.
• Physical Demands: Full-time onsite role.
