Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize customers with Amusement Connect features.
• Provide exceptional customer support during the onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Facilitate support ticket escalations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
• Follow up with all active customers to gather feedback and address any ongoing needs.
• Identify and mitigate at-risk customers by proactively addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
• Attend all scheduled appointments with customers, both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain an expert-level familiarity with Amusement Connect features to effectively assist customers.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members and customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
• Demonstrate effective time management to prioritize and meet customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, support, or implementation roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using software tools and platforms relevant to the role.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• 1 year of Windows operating system experience, with a preference for Windows 10.
• 1 year of computer hardware experience or CompTIA A certification.
• Excellent communication skills – enjoys interacting with customers and can effectively write and document using Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enjoys electronics and understands basic computer applications.
• Passion for arcades - video, redemption, pinball, etc.

Preferred skills (continued):

• Technical call center or IT helpdesk experience.
• MS Office experience.
• Comfortable with internet browsers.
• Remote desktop (TeamViewer) experience.
• 1 year of basic network knowledge (e.g., workstation connectivity, TCP/IP, routers, access points, etc.) or CompTIA Network certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
