    Corpay seeks to hire an Executive Compensation Analyst. This position will support the CEO, CHRO and Compensation team. Primary duties and responsibilities will include executing on the strategic planning, reporting, design analysis, development, implementation and communication of Compensation programs and initiatives. This will include gathering and analyzing data and delivering accurate reports and dashboards in a timely manner. Must be an MS Excel guru and can work in a fast-paced environment with limited tools.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in analyzing, reporting, and advanced excel functions.
    • Experience in analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
    • Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of employee compensation data.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Maintains knowledge and legal compliance regarding compensation practices.
    • Excel guru; proficiency with Word, Outlook PowerPoint, and Power BI.
