Process Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) and other locations available.

Salary: up to $127k

Join our dynamic team as a Process Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in defining standardized processes, policies, and system business requirements for exception pricing and rebates across multiple regions and product groups. This position involves a mix of operational and program functions within the rebates sector, contributing significantly to our Rebate Transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Organization: Assist in planning and organizing rebate programs.
• Process Documentation: Work collaboratively to define and document standard global rebate business processes and policies.
• Business Requirements: Assist in defining business requirements for enterprise tools.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide training and communication support to stakeholders.
• Tool Development: Participate in user acceptance testing of tool development.
• Process Stabilization: Offer stabilization support for new processes and tools.
• Tool Transition: Assist with transitioning tools to support our IDM 2.0 acceleration vision.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years of business or operational experience (pricing, finance, process engineering, compliance, or programs) OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
