We’re looking for a passionate advocate of actionable analytics including statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining. You will be part of a small, but growing, team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect supply chain planning activities, forecast accuracies, inventory profitability and productivity, and procurement strategies across the Global Gaming businesses. You will play a key role in uncovering trends, discovering opportunities, highlighting challenges, and developing solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations. We emphasize ongoing personal development through project leadership, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking across all aspects of Planning & Procurement.
What You'll Do- Create, manage, and refine data strategies, data structures, reporting, and visualizations for the insightful understanding and efficient delivery of monthly Planning & Procurement deliverables.
- Support monthly S&OP orchestration via reporting, visualizations, and analyses.
- Support identification and resolution of planning, procurement, and inventory issues and strategies.
- Champion strategies that improve inventory turnover and planning accuracy.
- Cross-functional collaboration regarding key data sources, operational practices, master data management, and advanced analytics projects.
- Aid in the creation and refinement of predictive analytics models.
- Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and other team strategies and requests, as needed.
- Creation of ad hoc analyses.
- This role frequently interacts with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Business Analytics.
- The Planning & Procurement Analytics team’s ongoing goal is to provide insights to understand, predict, and optimize demand, supply, and inventory.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
- Must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency as well as aptitude with explanatory analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis.
- Intermediate experience with SQL and relational databases is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, statistics or other analytical or business focused area required.
- Python or R, and Tableau or Power BI experience desired, but not required.
- Predictive modeling or machine learning experience a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with teams operating in the US, Australia, and India.
- Microsoft D365 experience a plus.

Pay Range
$76,736 - $142,509 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
