Surface Experts is a growing franchise system based in Spokane, WA. We currently have 70 franchises around the country and are supporting them from our main headquarters office in the historic Steam Plant building located in downtown Spokane. We care about our people and want them to love where they work, and who they work with. As our system grows, we are in search of a Fulfillment and Procurement Coordinator is well equipped to help build and support our expanding business and franchises.

The job includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as: inventory, quality control of incoming products, restocking, packing orders, customer & vendor relationships and all tasks related to Shipping, Receiving, & Procurement.



Responsibilities

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Perform Procurement duties such as Quoting, ordering, & managing stock levels.
• Maintains the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items.
• Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries, and sorts/stocks receivables.
• Validation of compliance to brand standards for 3rd party materials.
• Assisting in development of customer & vendor partnerships.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift items and containers – up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, and ability to pick up local orders.
• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
• Able to work independently sufficiently, as well as within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. throughout the day without assistance.
