Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Learn, and provide product information, custom options, and ordering.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash
- Responsibilities include: Inventory tracking, unpacking new orders, data entries, labeling, and light cleaning.
-The ability to work independently when opening and closing.
- Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor, merchandising and placement.
- Build and maintain our extensive customer relationships.
- Experience with POS system, iPad, iPhone, and computer skills.
- Interest in social media and graphic design a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, and or customer service.,
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with co-workers and customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
