Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a hybrid 1099 position to join our team. There is potential for additional earnings through performance-based bonuses. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills. This position will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including transcribing documents, proofreading, providing exceptional customer service, and a proactive attitude.
Duties
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately and efficiently
- Type and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns
- Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with billing and invoicing using QuickBooks software
-Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license
Experience
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors
