Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands
Responsible for understanding the products offered by the carriers
Assist with mail received for the Call Center
Answer inbound/outbound phone calls and emails from customers
Investigate customer issues and provide solutions
Cross-sell products to increase penetration ratio per customer to maximize profitability
Assist with processing Endorsements
Responsible for ensuring underwriting is accurate

High School diploma or equivalent; required
1-3 years of relevant face-to-face, phone sales or similar experience; preferred
Property and Casualty license is required (must be actively working on P&C and must be actively licensed within 30 days of hire)
Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions
Must be able to convey information effectively
Must be able to quickly learn Company software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite
Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 10MB upload
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
