An ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands

• Responsible for understanding the products offered by the carriers

• Assist with mail received for the Call Center

• Answer inbound/outbound phone calls and emails from customers

• Investigate customer issues and provide solutions

• Cross-sell products to increase penetration ratio per customer to maximize profitability

• Assist with processing Endorsements

• Responsible for ensuring underwriting is accurate

• High School diploma or equivalent; required

• 1-3 years of relevant face-to-face, phone sales or similar experience; preferred

• Property and Casualty license is required (must be actively working on P&C and must be actively licensed within 30 days of hire)

• Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience

• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions

• Must be able to convey information effectively

• Must be able to quickly learn Company software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite

• Minimum internet bandwidth of 25MB download and 10MB upload

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
