Job Summary:
As a Retention Specialist at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our current and past clients to drive repeat business and maximize client retention. Duties:

• Proactively reach out to current and past clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote rebookings and encourage service upgrades.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Provide personalized recommendations and guidance on our services based on individual client history and interests.
• Utilize CRM systems and client databases to track interactions, follow-ups, and progress with client retention initiatives.
• Implement targeted outreach campaigns and promotions to re-engage inactive clients and boost retention rates.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to align client retention efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor client engagement metrics and retention rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences to inform future retention strategies.
• Meet or exceed client retention targets and contribute to revenue growth through repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to optimize client retention strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and supportive experience for clients throughout their journey with us.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills in client retention and relationship management.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives during team meetings to enhance client retention strategies and improve overall client experience.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service, client retention, or related roles, preferably within the wellness or healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet client retention goals effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and client management tools to track and manage client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate client relationships and address challenges effectively.
