Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Tulsa, OK

Annuities Retention Specialist coordinates with service representatives and clients to assist with retaining the client's annuity business. Provides knowledge and expertise to clients in order to meet their financial goals and to clearly understand various options that are available with annuities. Being an Annuities Retention Specialist reviews surrender requests and contacts clients to re-engage and identify opportunities for additional sales. Makes recommendations to product line management to improve service and design of products that encourage client retention. Additionally, Annuities Retention Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Retention Specialist contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Position Summary: The family retention and recruitment specialist serves as a key coordinator in the successful implementation of a three-year grant funded initiative designed to retain, re-engage, and recruit students and families to choose Tulsa Public Schools for their child's pre-K-12 education. This position will focus on the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans for a targeted portfolio of elementary schools to increase student retention and enrollment rates.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or related fields required
    • 2 years progressive growth in program administration preferred
    • Experience in public education strongly preferred
    • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
