Annuities Retention Specialist jobs in Wilmington, NC

This is a Remote/Work From Home Position but applicants must live within 30 miles of Newport, NC. Would you prefer to skip the commuting time and constantly filling up your gas tank? As an At Home Reservation Center Specialist for European Wax Center, you will be responsible for answering calls for multiple wax centers, assisting guests calling to make or change reservations, making confirmation phone calls and providing excellent customer service.

• We are open 7 days a week and offer day and night shifts, candidates must be available to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
• This is a fun, fast paced position where multi-tasking is essential and making our guest's day is what it is all about.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A 'helping' attitude with peers and guests
• A pleasant phone voice as well as excellent diction
• Outgoing, friendly, upbeat and compassionate candidates
• Strong analytical ability in order to efficiently manage the reservation books.
• Previous salon experience and/or scheduling reservations a plus!
• Must Live within 30 Miles of Newport, NC to be able to meet with local Manager for job support.
